I’m also a HUGE advocate for tongue scraping in the morning. Trust me, your tongue’s appearance is like a health radar. If it’s anything but clear, you need to gargle warm water and sea salt until it’s back to normal. And hey, extra points if you make a daily Neti Pot ritual a thing to keep those sinuses clear and fend off sore throats and sinus infections.
